Last week was a very productive week.  Our gorgeous waterfront property at 15 Redwood Lane S, Carter’s Point, has an accepted offer and went through the inspection in flying colours (no surprise there).  Almost finished.  Will keep you posted.  I personally loved this property.  What not to love for any two legged or four-legged friend?  With the beautiful, manicured grounds, lots of space to run and play, surrounded by woods full of squirrels and let’s not forget the best part, the fine sandy beach on the river for swimming and chasing sticks.  Sounds like Heaven to me!

15 Redwood Lane S.  Truly magical on 1.2 meticulous acres with 384′ sandy beach, professionally designed home & guest cottage!  MLS#101368 Offered at $1,250,000

Our 9-unit heritage property at 66 Sydney Street (right across from the Parker House, one block from King Square has an accepted offer as well.  This meticulous property built in 1880 also came through i’s inspection without a hitch!  In all my career I never heard of a heritage apartment building in uptown Saint John coming through an inspection with the inspector finding absolutely nothing negative to put in his report.  It’s truly unheard of and I want to say kudos to the owner for maintaining the building so beautifully.

66 Sydney Street.  MLS#090634.  Offered at $1,995,000.

Our waterfront on the Washademoak Lake at 2162 Waterside Drive has a new price which is catching lots of attention.  You don’t want to miss this one!

Inviting 3 bed/1.5 bath home or vacation cottage with 300′ frontage on Washademoak Lake and 7.4 private acres!  Soaring ceiling, wood stove, gazebo & more.

MLS#NB094574   Improved price of $597,000.

I’ve been enjoying the summer although the weather has been strange changing from fog to heat almost daily.  I like being out in my yard chasing squirrels but when it gets hot, I slip into the cool garage to into the house for some refreshing A/C.  Mama has added a lot of fish to my diet lately and it has my coat just shining!  I love it too.

Wishing you a wonderful New Brunswick Day weekend.  Get out there and enjoy!!!

Your pal,

Nicholas
